    First off any enforcement questions would have to be taken up with enforcement at their website enforcement.xbox.com they do not check these forums.

    secondly how enforcement works.

    a report is filed that their was a violation of the terms of use/code of conduct that report is then sent to the enforcement team and they investigate if there was a violation at that point they put the enforcement action onto the account. so unless someone
    is reporting the smurfing and/or boosting then there will not be an enforcement action put against them.

    i report ppl on halo 5 all the time for smurfing but nothing ever happens i play the same ppl 5 to 10 times in a row and report them every time

    Rep isn't a enforcement issue it's is representation of your behaviour

    Throwing insults is a severe violation of the terms of use which is an enforcement issue

    When you report someone you do not know if the enforcement team takes action against them you are never told what the results of the enforcement teams investigation against the player that you reported.

    All a stinger can do is make a chopper smoke?

    Then if the Stinger is a useless tube, shouldn't it be made more powerful now?

    Besides, finding a good smurf is a great task. Finding a good smurf who is also a good recon is even more strenous. Finding a good smurf using the SOFLAM and knowing that a good smurf is going to use the Javelin is harder then finding the Holy Grail.

    If I had a nickel for everytime a smurf sucked, I'd have seven nickels.
