Smurf Accounts on Overwatch. Avoid Me and Needs Work Issue on Overwatch.

I have a question about why I am being paired with accounts on Overwatch that have avoid me and need work reputation statuses on Xbox Live. I don't believe that Xbox should allow gold sharing because people make fake accounts on
Xbox live just so they can throw games or help the other team. Sharing gold allows for people take make silver accounts with gold privileges.

This is a serious problem with this game and if it doesn't get fix all games will die inevitable because no one is having gun because lower ranked players are playing with higher ranked players who appear low rank and people that should be avoided get to
play with the people who just want a good time or a competitive match.

Here's an example of what happened to me and it was definitely not the first. A person decided to play Torb on attack. Our team worked around that but on defense, he played Roadhog who is a tank character who can heal himself. The player decided to get himself
killed over and over again which fed into the enemy's team's ultimate and we lost because they got their ultimate so many times and it was a 5v6 essentially. His gamertag is a smurf and he has the needs work reputation which will soon be "Avoid Me" if this
continues. His gamertag is BroadJoey777940 if you really want to know. He has 665 gamerscore but is playing in diamond. Instead of Overwatch allowing silver accounts that you can make in a day get to have gold privileges they should restrict this for online
multiplayer in public matches and change it to private matches if they still want to play or not at all as it creates a toxic and not fun environment. Overwatch is solely online and is starting to make me feel like I wasted my money on it.

You aren't helping the community.

Smurfs have now ruined competitive play. Ruined it. It's far too easy to make a free account that anyone can throw matches on. You need to start banning smurfs, all of the accounts on the Xbox that the smurf is on, and start going after people with crap
reputation with brand new accounts. Every other game in Overwatch is some guy with 200 gamerscore and a "reputation needs work" tag. Clearly you people are doing nothing if it's this easy to troll an online game.

 

XBOX ENFORCEMENT IS BROKEN

Xbox Enforcement is insanely broken. There is multiple youtube videos and forum posts about Overwatch and people getting Avoid Me accounts. I literally played Overwatch on a new account and did nothing that should of got me reported, within 2 days of
playing I have Avoid me reputation. People in Overwatch report you for playing a character they don't like or beating them in a game. How is this balanced???? Now I can't matchmaking properly because i'm avoid me account. It's an insane joke.
