Smite purchase from Nintendo Switch not showing up on Xbox

Back in November 24, I purchased a gem pack using my nintendo switch, for Smite. I had already logged into my smite account on my switch and everything I had going was in my Switch, Smite account. I connected everything prior to playing on my Switch. When I went to play on my Xbox, the gem purchase was not there. With my Xbox, my gems are 505 with 13,803 favor points and I'm at level 59. On my Switch, I have 2,103 gems, 13803 favor points and level 59. Everything else is up to date, except for my gems. On my pc, when I log onto Smite with Steam, it matches my Nintendo Switch. When I would purchase gems with my Xbox, Smite on Steam would be up to date. I have also received gems from the game for playing, and Steam and Nintendo Switch update, but my Xbox won't show the gem purchase from Nintendo Switch. A friend of mine, who plays on the Switch and Xbox does not have this issue, and he's purchased gems with his Switch and Xbox without any problems. I have uninstalled the game from my Xbox and reinstalled and not change to the gems. Is this an issue or are the Smite gem purchases not cross compatible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. My question was answered by the Smite Community. I'm still baffled by it, since I have a couple of friends that play Smite on their Nintendo Switches and when they purchase gem packs, their purchase is shown in their xbox profile as well as their playstation profile. The Hi-Rez community mentioned that Switch and Steam purchases do not transfer over to Xbox, but Xbox purchases do. It was odd, as I saw one friend purchase gems on his Switch, and then he logged into his Xbox profile and the same amount of gems were showing. I'm not sure if you have a different answer or not, but that's the answer I received.

I have the same issue. Owned previously on ps4 and now on Nintendo Switch. Bought Delixe Edition from Nintendo store on the switch itself. Yet the only item of it I recieved is the Super Mario skins and world. Nothing else from it shows up.

Wanted to share how I got iPads and Nintendo switch to play together. Key was to install xbox app onto the ipads. This then broadcasts their online presence to xbox.. which apparently the switch version for online connects through. games will show up as
LAN on ipad if running from switch (in online mode). And if came is on ipad, it will show up as online game on switch, even though its LAN...
