Smite Better With Friends Bundle Xbox live Rewards 500 myVIP Gems was not given to me, says ...

Hello, I am and I purchased the Smite Better With Friends Bundle from the myVIP vault on Xbox live rewards, yet it was not given to me. On my account it says I redeemed it but I have not received an email nor was it auto added to my account.
I purchased it on March 11, two days ago now. Is it possible it just hasn't arrived yet still? I thought it said it would only be about a day and most likely less than that even for it to get to me. Any help would be appreciated thank you!

Error when redeeming, MyVIP Gems, but still wiped out my MyVIP Gems balance

Tried to redeem two 10,000 Rewards Credits (500 MyVIP Gems Each), and one 5,000 Rewards Credits (250 MyVIP Gems Each).

Gave me the ol "HMMM" error. Okay so tried again....

Still got the errors, but it wiped out my MyVIP Gem Balance as if it redeemed it. So no GEMS and no Rewards Credits

Did I just get scammed out of MyVIP Gems?

I redeemed 500 gems for the smite better with friends pack and they said it’ll be sent to my email. Provides the email, lost the gems, never got the rewards. Checked spam and everything. Worst pet is is that it’s one redemption per person apparently so I
can’t just retry. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

 

I have tried contacting Xbox support but they told me to just go back to the forums. Can someone please assist me?

Have you checked your registered vault email's junk mail folder? We have had reports of users prizes being filtered there.

 

Yes I have checked many times, it is not in the spam folder.

 

I still have not received my reward, Still need help thank you
