Smite Better With Friends 500 myVIP gems still not received.

I made a post about this over a month ago and just a day or two ago you guys allegedly solved the problem and resent the reward email to the address I provided. Problem is that I still have not received any email and I am starting
to get a little bit annoyed by how long this is taking. I bought this reward a month ago, never received it, asked for help, took a month to supposedly fix it, didn't get fixed, and now I'm back here again. I would really appreciate being able to receive my
reward. Yes I have checked my spam folder and every single possible location it could have been sent to.

Redeemed a rewards from the MyVip vault and never received it

I redeemed 500 gems for the smite better with friends pack and they said it’ll be sent to my email. Provides the email, lost the gems, never got the rewards. Checked spam and everything. Worst pet is is that it’s one redemption per person apparently so I
can’t just retry. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I had received 500 MyVIP Gems reward from my points in January 2018 and did not get any notification that they expired and never received any emails of this reward being earned or would expire and lost these 500 MyVIP Gems that I never got to use
but rightfully earned. I am requesting to receive these back to my account in order to get a reward. Can someone please kindly assist?
