general beta 2013 question?

The beta has nothing to do with games. It is dashboard/ui related features. Games have their own beta signups, like project spark for example

I have no idea what this is, but hey, if I get in, that's 1 more beta under my belt.

 

Galactic it's a Moba style game ported over from the PC to work on consoles looks fun and it will be "free to play" when it releases

 

I just saw the cinematic trailer; it looks good, but I'm not generally a fan of moba-style games... :|

 

Never hurts to give it a try, exspechally when the final product is free!

 

I just played the game on PC for the first time and loved it! Just have to see if the transition to Xbox is a good one. Loved playing as the different gods from different mythologies.

 

i just hope i can pull my account over from pc to xbox ive mastered 54 gods and have convention skins i hope i dont lose that stuff

 

54? That's a lot! I didn't think there'd be that many!

 

This is my favorite game ever on PC. I hope they bring the same graphics and gods as the computer and just a little more.

 

For those wondering if your PC data will transfer over to the Xbox one, the answer is yes and no. What they are doing is allowing you to clone your current PC account and have it playable on the Xbox one. That being said the two accounts are separate so
what ever progress you make on the Xbox one will not "transfer" on your PC account, and vice-versa. I hope this answered any questions people have or will have.

 

Urm whats a Moba game sorry to sound thick but never heard of it

 

MOBA stands for Multiplayer Online Battle Arena aka "a real-time action strategy" game. I will Use League of Legends as an example, but there are many variants of League of Legends. I am using League of Legends because it seems to be the most popular but
it is not the first of the genre. Anyway, the most common mode in this game consists of two teams made up of 5 players each team. Each player has a specific role and lane. The lane is the area of the map where minions or creeps appear and you have to defeat
the enemy creeps in order to reach a tower. Each lane has three towers and a inhibitor. once you destroy the enemy inhibitors you must destroy two final towers that guard a nexus. once you defeat the nexus the game is over. Keep in mind while you are going
for the enemy nexus they are going for yours as well.
