Smartglass360

Hi! I tried to connect to my old 360 through smartglass and I downloaded the correct app and everything, nevertheless, the "can't find your console" keeps showing up. I have fulfilled all the requisites that it has asked me for, and still there is no success.
The app suggestions have all been done and nothing. I should also add, that I have previosuly used many times my Xbox by smartglass. It's not the first time and there's usually no problem when I set it up, in fact there has never been ONE problem. Any suggestions?

the smartglass never shows fable anniversary

I put the smartglass360 for fable anniversary to help the game out and I never get the maps to come up like it work

Hey there, can you let us know the type of mobile device you are using, Android or iOS, please? Also, do you have any error messages when trying to play online? When you check your network settings is everything correct there as well?
