Smartglass Won't Load IOS

Hey guys!

We understand the frustration with the length of time it has taken to investigate this issue. The team thinks they may be closer to a resolution for the issue at hand but there isn't any further information that we can give out about the issue at this time.
We will make sure to post back here and let you know the latest, when there is more info to share.

Thanks for the update, the irony being that yesterday's (16th May) patch (v. 1705.0512.1206) solved the issue! Hoorah! Hopefully that was expected and not just a lucky guess, but either way please pass on my thanks and make sure they don't mess it up again!!

So two months and no fix...?

I appreciate teams are working on this etc etc but a little more in the way of a progress report would be appreciated. It's a pretty poor show to take this long to fix an app. - Scorpio or Neo is becoming an easier choice by the day!

Quick update:

New IOS Version (10.3) and the latest XB1 Smartglass update (released 29th March).

No change, app still crashes on startup.
