    Got a Beta smartglass app on iPhone this morning most noticeable addition you can redeem codes straight from the app!

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    does anyone else have a code they are not using.

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    I now have the achievement unlocked for some weird reason?? It has the correct date too. I regularly use both consoles and both smartglass apps for windows 8 AND windows phone. So I have no clue how it unlocked, but it unlocked for me. I recently redeemed
    another code on my Xbox One console, so maybe by redeeming that code, the other code that I entered on 11/22 finally unlocked. Just a thought. I'm just glad I have it now.

    Did you try to redeem throught the console or on the webpage? Sometimes you have to sign in to the microsoft account on a mobile divice or computer log into your account and redeem the code that way. Or try through the smartglass app

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on a code. Unfortunately, once a code is redeemed that is final. There is no way to cancel and then get another code after it is redeemed.
