Smartglass on Windows 8.1 laptop and Android smartphone can't find my 360

Hi all,

I'm trying to connect to my 360 via smartglass. My Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro and my Droid Razr can no longer find my console. This started a couple days ago. Up until then all worked just fine. My 360 is connected to my router via cable. I am signed in and using
the correct email and password. I reset the router...no change. I tried uninstalling the apps and re-installing...no change. Anyone have a clue to what's going on? Thanks.

XBOX 360 SMARTGLASS APP / CONSOLE NOT FOUND

Hello,

Xbox 360 SmartGlass issue , i tried my android smartphone , Windows 8.1 and 2 pc with latest Windows 10 , i still get the same error "console not found" , i checked everything, my account is the good one , console is set correctly (SmartGlass activated)
and works on Xbox live , its the same network with hired cable. My os version is the lastest one 2.0.17511.0. What's the issue ?

Xbox 360 SmartGlass not working

Same problem for me.

The app succesfully sign in. By either using the Games app on the phone or directly in the Smartglass. But when in the Smartglass, it can't find the console on the same network.

It gives up after the first attempt and the Try Again button returns nothing. It says it can't find console. Error code 1012.

I've tested in a Windows Phone 8.1 and in an Android.

Please fix the app!

Also trying in the Windows 10 App. Nothing.
