Smartglass keyboard still super finicky

Im getting really annoyed with smart glasses inability to always pull up the text box for ease of typing, trying to type the complicated names of mods in warframe for sale is almost impossible with out the apps use with copy and paste. Can some one please
work out a fix for this simple yet super frustrating problem??

Can I use smartglass as a keyboard?

Yes you can use SmartGlass as keyboard. Open keyboard on your Xbox One console, and it also opens keyboard automatically in SmartGlass. When I need to type something, I always use SmartGlass.

This is the most infuriating problem, and has persisted through multiple versions of the app. Everyone I know who uses the app on BOTH Android and iOS to copy and paste commands (ARK SA COMPANION for example) routinely loses the virtual keyboard and has
to reset the XBOX and reinstall the app to get it back. Doesn't seem to be any other way to get it back.

 

FINALLY! I find a post with people having the same problem. I use extremely long and complicated passwords for my services and apps. And I literally get the text box dialog successfully pop up on the app about 10% of the time. It
is hair pullingly frustrating to take sometimes upwards of two hours trying to log in to a single service because I'm troubleshooting this. And there seems to be no rhyme or reason for when the text box finally pops up. I restart the xbox, restart the app,
sometimes delete the app and reinstall. And the box finally pops up whenever the heck it wants. Microsoft why is this being ignored!
