    Smartglass issues please help


    My smartglass app wont connect to my xbox 360 with either apple or android. Using the xbox 360 smartglass but it wont connect to my xbox. Suggestions anyone?

    HI I am having trouble with my smartglass, on Xbox one, I have deleted the 360 smartglass and downloaded the Xbox one, smartglass, but it keeps saying that the console isn't listed, please help

    Same wifi network and nothing microsoft can do to help me which has been confirmed by the 3 tech support people who were unable to help. Im sure theres someone out there that knows their stuff that can assist me! WHERE ARE YOU?!!

    •If you can’t connect to your Xbox 360 console using SmartGlass, first make sure Xbox SmartGlass apps is On in your console settings. Here’s how: 1.From Xbox Home, go to Settings.

    2.Select System and then Console Settings.

    3.Select Connected Devices.

    4.Verify that Xbox SmartGlass is On.

    •Make sure that the same profile you’re using on your device is already signed in to the console.

    Hey there

    Welcome to the forums

    .

    When you are using Smart Glass, are you using Windows 8?

    .

    If so, make sure when you are signing in, that your account details are correct. This can sometimes cause the problem.

    Also, you must have both, the Computer ect.. and the console connected to the same network. Without this, the Smart Glass will not pick up the Xbox

    You may also want to check your fire wall as sometimes the fire wall stops programs and software from connecting to the Computer/device

    .
