    Smartglass Game Clips


    I've been using the Smartglass app on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and have noticed over the past few weeks that in some cases game clips that I have recorded do not play. I initially select the clip and it begins to download (I see the blue spinning circle) but
    after that I just get a black screen. At the bottom I see the time slider is moving and in every case it is showing the correct duration for the clip in question I just get no audio or video.



    Has anyone else experienced this and do you know of a solution?

    I've tried turing the phone on and off, loggin in and out of smartglass but it just doesn't play some of the videos for some reason. I know they are there as when I log into the console I can access them but this happens for a variety of clips ranging from
    the general ones that the console records, the ones I tell it to record and to ones that I actually upload.

    Dvr issues (no save option for clips) any solutions?

    Can't save any game dvr and can't view them on smartglass either. I got 20+ clips and can't save any of them. My clips show gamertag/gamertag instead of gamertag/author any solutions?

    Perhaps it's more of a game developer issue, side note if you play the clips on your phone from smartglass you may not get audio most of the time, it's a current smartglass bug.

    Argh! The XB1 is so frustrating!

    Smartglass is your friend. Essential if you ask me, especially for sending messages. Also watching people's game clips and other things.
