    smartglass for 360 whats up with you are you ever gonna work again


    I have everything the way its supposed to be setup for smartglass to run on my windows 10 laptop(shouldn't be running it but some idiot put it on here should have windows 7 but anywho)gamertag account info is all good I'm using my only email an gamertag
    I ever got and my computer can see my xbox 360 in the control panel but it wont connect

    anybody can help id appreciate

    Are you guys gonna update the Xbox Smartglass 360 app? It won't work with IOS 11

    Smart Glass So Far.

    Are you sure you have the Xbox One version of Smartglass? The old Smartglass app for 360 won't work.

    keeps giving me this error code 0xc101008ec (0x800cooo8) can anyone help

    We appreciate you reaching out to us on the forums and with this issue. Can you clarify if you mean to say that Smartglass shouldn't be able to be installed on Windows 10 Laptops? It should be functioning on Windows 10 Laptops. You should just need to be
    logged into the account, and using the same internet connection as the console. Also, reinstalling the content from the store should help as well, especially if you're not sure which version of the app you're using.

    xbox wont let me do anything that requires an internet connection, even though im connected
