Smartglass Cursor Issue in Microsoft Edge

Cursor control gone from the smartglass app when using edge. Running it on an iPhone 5S.

Smartglass not allowing me to scroll on microsoft edge

Trying to use my smartglass on microsoft edge, but it isnt allowing me to use the cursor to scroll and click links all the other buttons work except for this. Anyone know solution? Tried reinstalling didnt work.

Smartglass only works on the dashboard

Ive been trying to use smartglass with my Xbox apps and it never does anything. All it will do is move around on the dashboard. The cursor in Microsoft edge won't show up and Netflix doesn't work at all without an actual controller. I tried my iPod with
it and its actually better since I can actually use Netflix when I'm on it but the same problem is there with Microsoft edge.

have you tried reinstalling the app?

might also want to try a soft reset on the console (power off by pressing & holding the power button for 7-10 seconds, then unplug the power supply from both the wall and the console for 2 minutes or until the light on the power supply goes out)

Exactly the same issue here.

I'm currently playing by moving the cursor in edge to the text bar. Rather than the big cursor you get the text input cursor which is still annoying but liveable until they fix this.

More reasons edge is garbage.

I suddenly have this issue as well. I have done everything I've seen and nothing is working. This is very annoying and frustrating.

I've gone to Microsoft edge and moved the cursor. I've forced quit Microsoft edge and minecraft. I've uninstalled minecraft. I've done a hard restart. I've reset my Xbox too. Nothing is working! The cursor is always in the middle of the sscree too.

Its happening in multiple games, and also on the microsoft edge app when I try to bring the cursor up.

I just had the same issue. Try, power cycling the console. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds till the console powers off then wait an additional 10 seconds and power it back on.

Afterwards, open the edge app and move the cursor to the bottom right of the screen then press the Microsoft button and open Forza.

That should get it going with no more cursor issues.
