smartglass connection error

    smartglass connection error


    my xbox recently stopped appearing on the connection list i went to enter my ip address and it gave me the error sorry we can't connect to your console right now and gave me an error code that is not listed anywhere on the forums, after this occurred i tried
    it again the box appeared green and i saw my games and apps from my xbox one then it disconnected and said make sure you have the right time and date and try again can anyone help

    Smartglass beta

    What I'm saying is that the beta app is specifically meant for people that are a part of the dashboard beta program, and it includes some features that aren't available to everyone yet. So if you aren't part of the dashboard beta program, you won't be able to use all the features that are on the smartglass beta app.
    Which DLC are you trying to purchase?

    XBOX One Smartglass App- Multiple Users?

    Settings, Preferences, Smartglass Connections, From Any Smartglass Device.

    Smart glass can find my xbox one but wont connect to it.

    G'day crow! Is there any other info with that error message in Smartglass? Can you please verify the following:

    • You're using the Xbox One Smartglass app, and not Xbox 360 Smartglass.
    • Smartglass is enabled on your Xbox One console.
    • Your console and your device are connected to the same network.
    • You've tried connecting automatically as well as manually entering the console's IP into the app.
    • You're signed in to the same profile on both the console and the app.

    I started having similar issues with my windows 10 xbox app and my XB1 not connecting a few days ago. it worked a prior and nothing new in network. both are wire connected, also tried WiFi no go. Xbox 360 can not connect with Smart glass either, Same with
    Xbox 1 (using different versions of Xbox SmartGlass. Smartglass gives 0x80030004 error

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. In regards to SmartGlass on your Xbox One console, are you attempting to have it work on another device simultaneously, and if so, what type of device? It surely sounds frustrating since you've
    done some troubleshooting so far and the results are not coming in the way you wish.

    I did find the following support articles and other resources concerning SmartGlass on the Xbox One and you may wish to give them a go for further troubleshooting of the issue:
