Smartglass Cant Receive Notifications On Windows Phone

so as i said in my previous post i am no longer able to receive notifications on my windows phone from smart glass about like the messages i am receiving and am trying to figure out why or how to fix i already followed all the troubleshooting steps they
didnt work to fix the problem yes they are turned on and all that such

phone spec are

NOKIA Lumia 635

Software Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2

i used to get notifications all the time no problems on my phone from messages and stuff now its not working yes notifications are check and ive tried the troubleshooting unistall turn off thing twice now no good has come of it wondering if its a current

Yeah, I have the 640. My notifications stopped around March, and I still haven't got it to work again. Now I only use smartglass if I'm on my Xbox, and receive notifications on the console. I'd much rather message people with my phone's keyboard which is
the only reason why I've kept SG on my phone at all.

Have you guys tried the new Xbox app for Windows Phones? It is like the Xbox App on PC and lets you access notifications, achievements, friends, game info, etc. I use it on my Windows phone (Nokia Lumia 735) and haven't had a problem with it yet!
You should be able to find it in the Store on your mobile device.
