    smartglass cannot find consoles to connect to


    so ive been using the smartglass app on my phone since it became available. since then i have used two different phones and multiple wifi connections all with no problems. but the other day my phone decided to not be able to pick up any xboxes on smartglass.
    there are two xbox one consoles in the house both connected to the same wifi as everything else and my phone cannot find either of them. to my knowledge i havent altered any settings or changed anything about the xbox or my phone.

    Help?

    Smartglass won't connect to Xbox One

    Hi

    Smartglass won't connect to my Xbox One either on my windows phone or Surface. I've manually put in the IP address and it says 'we cannot connect to your console right now'. Can't find help anywhere, does anyone else have the same problem??

    Dance Central 3: SmartGlass not Working

    I cannot get Dance Central 3 DJ SmartGlass experience to work. The Xbox 360 SmartGlass app (Windows 10) connects to my console, but every time I try to use the SmartGlass feature for Dance Central 3 specifically, there is an error: "There's a problem starting
