    Smartglass and xbox 360 bwill not work with Motorola NVG510


    All my devices are connected to the NVG510 gateway wirelessly.

    I have confirmed IP addresses and subnets. Live account is the same in both devices, and I have tried connecting to the xbox 360 with Smartglass from several different devices: iPhone 4S (ios 7.0.4), Samsung Focus S (Windows 7.8), Android 4.1 and a Surface
    Device running windows 8.1. None of the devices connect to the console, and the error message is the same across all devices: "Can't find your console".

    I have also confirmed that I am using the correct Smartglass for xbox app, i.e. the one for xbox 360.

    Smartglass on Windows 8.1 pc will not find/connect to Xbox One

    I just upgraded to Uverse with AT&T, the router is a Motorola NVG510, both the Windows 8.1 PC and the Xbox One are connected to a wireless network. I have reinstalled Windows and tried everything I can think of besides resetting the Xbox to default. Smartglass
    will still not find/connect to the Xbox.

    Same Issue with the Motorola NVG510 Router, gives me "Test Connection" when connecting wired or wireless!

    OK, so you have the NVG510 gateway. Is it set up as shown here?

    portforward.com/.../Xbox_Live_360.htm

    If so, and it does not work, then I would suggest clearing away the NAT settings and reverting to UPnP Enabled.

    Do you have the option to connect the Xbox to your wireless network?

    If it's possible, could you try with a different Ethernet cable or with a different Ethernet port on your Motorola NVG510

    Could you try restore your Motorola NVG510 to factory default settings. If there is a reset button of the back of your device, press and hold for 10 seconds. Otherwise there should be an option to reset the device by accessing the Motorola NVG510 web-config
    page.

    Post back and let us know how it goes.
