    so is anybody else having an issue of not having the keyboard come up on smart glass even to it’s connected properly and stuff?

    Xbox one smartglass to watch friends game DVR clips... No audio?

    Same problem here:

    - galaxy tab 10.1 (N8020)

    - android 4.1.2

    profile messing up

    i used a 14 day trial for halo 4 and everything was okay untill today when i tried signing in the avatar option popped up my pic wouldnt pop up and it says i have 0 microsoft points also when running a game it says cant load anything someone please help
    i dont know what to do. then i went looking around on the site and it saays my profile found a glitch

    Heya!

    What mobile device are you running into issues with that app on?

    Keep in mind that if you are on an iOS device the Smart Glass app is no longer supported and thus some features may not work.

    If you are on another device and still experiencing this issue can you post back with your App versions, OS version, and make and model of the device?

    You might also try uninstalling the app, power cycling the device, and then reinstalling to ensure you have all the recent updates for your device.

    Guys it is a Xbox Live problem. We/I had the same problems last month/year !

    Save your time by removing your profile it want help. It´s not working on Xbox One and Smartglas (PC and Phone).

    Well it sounds as though you have been subjected to a DoS attack, in which case you will want to read

    I have thoroughly read and understood your opening post so please do not think that I am giving you the 'run around' here, but what you are going to need to do is contact Phone Support and
    'insist' that they conduct an Unauthorized Access Investigation on your account. This is the
    only way forward from here, your account will be blocked for the duration of their investigation and once they have reached a conclusion, they will correspond with you and take things further from there.



    If your friends were witness to your attack and they have reported the user through the 'file a complaint' tool, then this is all that can be done with regards to the Enforcement Team looking into the account activity of the suspected hacker. Once they get
    to your friends report, they will look into the complaint and investigate it thoroughly and take any action necessary from there.



    No one on these forums can 'directly' help you with your problem.
