smart glass update is solid.

finally have a recall button, and it takes the place of your regular tv remote. i suggest you guys check it out.

Netflix app update on Xbox One - no more SmartGlass OSK for search

I can't control Netflix with smart glass, this is a great update.

 

XBL Update coming with lots of discounts and new DLC

oh because live is in need of an update along with smart glass.

smart glass really needs an overhaul.

 

I got it. It was cool at first. After the novelty wore off, I went back to using my TV remote.

 

I cant seem to find the remote now. But whatever, still got the controller and voice commands

 

Took me a moment to figure out how to check my messages, clips, etc. because they put it all into a submenu.

 

The remote randomly appeared a wee bit ago. Still alot of improvements to be made with the app.

 

It is cool...but for me harmony one remote does everything for me, so don't need another tablet/phone for operations. But good to have the option.

 

Don't really think smartglass is delivering yet.... It's ok but what I really want is be able to access the apps through it... And better xbox music functionality is a must... I don't bother using smartglass because using the ios app and airplay works much
better...

 

I have Xbox 1 smartglass on my android smartphone and it works well. Used it to communicate with a friend who was kind of spamming me. It brings up your onscreen keyboard on your phone to type a message, since M hasn't made a chatpad for Xbox 1 yet, it's
like 100x faster than using the arrow buttons on your controller. My friend and many other Xbox members say Microsoft may and should release voice messaging in an update as it's a heavily demanded Xbox feature. Well not everyone who hangs out on this forum
may agree with me, there are many others who would and who do not hang out on this forum. And when you receive a txt message, My Samsung smartphone lets off a tune and can check it and use it as a remote just like Xbox 360 smartglass.

Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 smartglass works well and have to commend M for this.
