Smart Glass unable to login

For about 3 months now I have been unable to login to the smart glass app for galexy 6 edge. Can't login to the beta or original app. Many users have reported the same issues in the app store. Just curious if you have given up on it.

May Update Now Available

Any one else not able to turn their Xbox off via the smart glass app when I fallow the directions via the update

There is no option in the smart glass app it just says automatic login like it always says no option to turn on or off???

 

Can't login after security proofs

So I just did security proofs, and tried to login, and it has told me invid information. I can login on xbox.com fine, as well as xbox smart glass. Help?

Sorry to hear about the Xbox App issues. Are you able to sign into the Xbox App on a Windows 10 PC by any chance? That'll help us see if it's an account related issue. You can also try signing into either the Xbox App or the Xbox Beta App on your phone using
a different Xbox Live account.

Also, you don't mention any steps you've tried to troubleshoot. If you haven't yet, please try reinstalling the apps to see if that helps.

Obviously no one has resolved this issue with the smart glass app for the 360.... uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't solve the problem...if you guys don't know just let everyone know it is obsolete and no one is working on a solution
