    hello guys!

    I got problem with my Xbox Live Gold account. In 20. February my Xbox live Gold expired. I wanted to extend gold account. I had option to extend this account for free, and i did it in 2 days ago. After this i got small problem, i can't play online games
    - like fifa (FUT). In my account i see that i have gold to 21. march. I think, okay.... It's too easy to get 30 days gold for free, so i wanted to buy it for money (29zł in poland per month) and i can't do that, cuz i got problem with :

    "Sorry , you can not add another account has a limit to their number." - translated by google translator.

    What can i do now ? Do u have any ideas?

    Good Morning Goalcha!!

    You have Gold so you should be able to play online with no problem However. It seems like you are having issues with that yes? Does it give you some sort of error code when you try to go online? If so you can visit. www.xbox.com/support Type in the error
    code(If one is Provided.) and it should give you an explanation. If there is no code then you need to call Microsoft Support & they can hopefully Resolve your issue. I hope that Helps! Have a Great day!!!!

    And they said - i have to wait, cuz i can't buy it again, but still i can't play online.

    It seems like i've got Xbox live gold (in informations about xbox account in microsoft site), but i cant play online.

    So it looks like i've got XLG(site), but i dont have it (console).

    So, i know ur answer - i can wait 30 days, or i have to call to microsoft support, right ? Small problem with XBOX Live Gold. :)

    Xbox Live Gold for the website & console are Tied into one but. Yes wait 30 days & if that doesn't work you will need to Call Support. Hope that helps.
