Small Disconnection Issue

Hi there guys. So I have a small issue with my connection with Xbox LIVE. As some background, I have checked my Internet connection, my ping, packet loss, all that, and it all checks out, at or above the standard minimum. My Xbox One is wirelessly connected
to a range extender, which is wirelessly connected to the router.

Probably about once every 20-30 minutes, I will have a disconnect from Xbox LIVE. It typically lasts less than 10 seconds, and it doesn't last long enough to boot me from a game or anything, it's just like a big lag spike. When this happens, I also cannot
hear anyone in the party (it shows either me or everyone as connecting). Is there anything I can do to stop these random disconnects from happening? I've heard interference can cause issues, and while the range extender and the Xbox One are pretty close, with
no electric items between them, the router and the range extender are on separate floors. Does it have to do with the floor between them? Or is there something I can do about it?

Microsoft sent me a 160 point code and it says Sorry the Code is no longer available.

and the message just showed up while I was looking in my email

Hi Mesmeric Dreams,

Do you continue to see this if you bypass the wireless extender device? Are you able to try a wired connection by chance with the console?

Could you be a little more specific about the points you were supposed to receive? What was the promotion that you took part in to receive those points?...Keep in mind it takes 6-8 weeks to receive promotional items after the promotion ends.

Like Mr Genchy I've had this happen a few times and quitting the game and restarting sorts it out.

Might also be worth hard resetting your console, if you don't know how, when the console is on, hold the power button on front of console for about 10 seconds, you will hear it beep, once it's shut down, leave for a few minutes and turn it back on, this
often sorts out minor hiccups.
