    My connection is perfectly fast enough to download 258mb in mere seconds, why does this bs take hours!? Has anyone run into this issue today?

    Internet speed for good fps xbox gaming

    I have to take my xbox to a buddy's house to download and update all my games when they need to be. It takes 2 days to get about 5% of a small update at my house on my speed. Yeah. It sucks. I miss my old net. Lol

    Hey I just got a random 258mb update when I turned on my console today.....and it's not the Oct update because I'm not in the preview program. So far controller is stable, will advise.

    There are some live issues look at xbox.com amd there you can try all the steps before contacting ypur isp.

    I am part of the preview program also, I have been getting updates daily for 2 months now, 248mb to 258mb seems to be the size of 'em it is so annoying

    Digital pre-orders always download a few days early, for the most part. It leaves one small final download to fully activate the game, which doesn't take all that long, so as soon as the game is dropped, you can start playing it.
