  2. I kind of wish I did the advanced exchange when I sent mine in.

    Took almost 4 weeks, and I got mine back with the gloss all scratched up as well after I took such good care to keep it looking nice :/

    On the bright side I did have fun sticking the little air pocket bag with a knife. ^-^

    Slowest warranty return department ever.

    Day #13 of my Fed Ex tracking number still not showing up for my Xbox One repair. This is by far the most pathetic warranty repair system. I can't get over how they remotely think this is good customer service.

    If they send you a tracking number and the email says

    If the shipment is not found on the FedEx website, please wait a couple of days and try again. When a package leaves our service center, it can take several business days before the FedEx tracking information is updated online.

    Don't you think 13 freaking days qualify as " a couple of days"?
     
  5. Kingvas78, nobody is speaking for you. You did the exchange, where you exchanged your console for an entirely new one. The people who had trouble sent their consoles in to be fixed.

    If you look for threads about "tracking number" you'll find that often consoles are disappearing for weeks on end after receiving our tracking numbers. Excuse us if we want to know what the hey is going on!

    Looks like my tracking finally updated as of today. So I guess hold tight, looks like someone figured out they had issues.

    I feel for you because I don't even know if the 360 could sustain my gaming habits now, I really enjoy being spoilt for choice, like I am right now.
