Slow xbox companion app connection via stream function to xbox speed

I've notice this has been an issue for me since the day this feature was implemented. Every time I attempt to play any game it becomes a lag fest because of the extremely slow speed that occurs when a PC connects to the xbox through the xbox companion app.
It's fine when played directly connected through a tv but speeds just slows to a crawl when playing through the app. Is there no way to fix this?

Also before someone say check isp or other local setting through router, port, and etc it's not an issue on their side because locally connected the xbox itself can handle 1gb speed and the computer can handle 1 gb speed and it's all connected through the
wire. I can download steam games over 300mb or 1 gb, and the same for the xbox itself when it's not connected through the xbox companion app.

Try turning on anti aliasing or run in High performance mode. That helped me

When your PC and XBOX are in the same net, you can stream your console on your laptop via the companion app:

This way your laptop will work as a screen with the net as the only connection (the controller is plugged to the laptop in this case since you controlling everything from there). Since you're looking after fast download speeds, be sure
to connect to the XBOX to launch the download and then disconnect since the stream is taking bandwidth and slowing down everything else. Just reconnect after a while to check progress.

The recommended option is to connect the laptop to the router via Ethernet. If that isn't possible consider looking at your router's QoS (Quality of Service) settings which should help with home streaming.

There is some confusion about how this works, please note that streaming Xbox to a PC via the companion app uses your home network. Your internet connection speed (download and upload) has zero bearing on how well the streaming works.

The best way to be to use your Xbox Companion app on your PC to stream your screen so you can see what you're doing. Using the stream option it'll act as your monitor/TV and you can factory reset your Xbox. just plug both PC and Xbox into a wired connection
on your network. and connect Via the Xbox Companion App on PC.
