    Slow Xbox App, A Possible Fix Here?


    Hello all,

    I have used the Xbox App on both iOS and Android for some time. I noticed it seemed like at first the application is snappy and quick, decent loading etc. Then as time went on, you start seeing the spinning circle. Takes forever, sometimes doesn't load at
    all etc. I've submitted feedback about this problem more than once, it's frustrating when compared to the PlayStation App which is very smooth, albeit is broken into multiple applications I think for this reason.

    However, today I tried something on a whim and it seems to have dramatically improved my application experience. I typically have my screen timeout setting on my phone set very low to conserve battery, no more than 15 seconds or so of inactivity. I moved
    this to 5 minutes and voila...my application is as fast as the initial use now all the time. Not sure if it will work for anybody else, but just thought I'd throw this possible "fix" out there.

    Hiya Enmity,

    Thank you for your response! As XBF Paul M has suggested, please try to adjust the mouse sensitivity in game and see if that will fix the issue. If there is still an issue, then try to

    Power cycle     the console.

    It is always best to make sure there is no lag as much as possible or network issues.

    As we all know with Fortnite, lag will make gaming a bit rough.
