    Slow Xbox 360 Slim


    I just bought an xbox 360 slim and its been working fine for the past few weeks, but all of a sudden when i turned it on today it took about 2 minutes for it to load up the dashboard. Also it wont connect to xbox live. It connects to the router and the internet,
    but it wont connect to xbox live for some reason. Any suggestions?

    Of course it is quite a bit bigger than the 360 slim, the original Xbox 360 was bigger than the slim, I'm sure it's bigger than the Xbox One slim will be too. That's the point of releasing the slim versions later on. But it is only 2.4cm longer than the original Xbox 360, which is what it should be compared to, not the revised, shrunk later released versions.

    I have ADSL but it's too slow(256 kb/s).

    Can I connect 3G to my Xbox?

    Is it giving you any kind of error messages when you cant log in to XBL?

    if the problem persists you could do what I did,unplug the power brick from xbox and the wall.

    Wait 30 seconds then plug it back in. It fixed mine. G-luck!

    Also if it cant connet and take a while to sign in it is trying to connect to xbox live.

    You could unplug the modem for 30 seconds and try again. ( if you have a modem)

    You could unplug the modem for 30 seconds and try again. ( if you have a modem)

    Downloads very slow!

    I am speculating maybe a HDD problem since its only slow when downloading something to the HDD. I am using the the 4gb Xbox 360 Slim with my old Xbox 360s 250gb HDD inside.

    Same here any Moderate know what's going on? It makes my Xbox Slim 360 super slow. I cleaned it up and made room but it's still slow for a 250 GB console.

    Everytime I try to connect it says Xbox Stores: Service Alert. I've tried restarting, clearing system cache nothing is working D: I can't get on live!
