    Hi,

    When you launch a BC Xbox 360 game for the first time on an Xbox One, you'll be asked to download an Xbox 360 profile. This profile is the same account you currently use for your Xbox One.

    Technically speaking there is no such thing as an 'Xbox 360 account' as Xbox accounts work on all Xbox platforms.

    Did you re-download your profile on the Xbox 360? Launch any BC title while signed into the Xbox One and open the 360 Guide (menu and view buttons at the same time) and select download profile.
