    So I have had a problem with slow upload since around Nov 2018. It's gotten to the point that I am actually getting kicked from the game on live due to slow uploads. I spoke with a tier one for a little over an hour. His resolution was to buy a new modem/router
    or router and bridge it. So I drop 370 dollars cause I figure Im sick of the Surfboard anyway. I have hard and soft cycled the power on both the Xbox and modem/router. I have reset the Xbox. I have port forwarded the designated ports. I have reserved the IP
    in the router for the xbox. I have DMZed the Xbox. Keep in mind I have ZERO upload speed problems for anything else in my LAN. I have run smoke ping through DSLreports for packet loss and nothing would indicate a problem. I have notified the ISP of three download
    channels that do have some noise problems but, none of them are in the harmonic range of the upload. So after seven months of troubleshooting it keeps coming back to Xbox itself. I dont mind the 370 dollars I needed a new setup anyway. But, when I cant even
    stay connectd to a live game... there is something definitely wrong, when nothing else in my LAN suffers these same problems... SO [Mod Removed - Profanity] Microsoft! My con is around 220 Down and 25 to 29 up with variations. With the Xbox
    however 150 to 220 down and on average 2.5 up dipping to 0.5. Its not my ISP, Its not my hardware, it you guys...why does it take three hours to get a hold af a tier 2 and then get disconnected. I never thought I would say Im ready to goto a PS but, Im prettty
    much there!

    I’m in Florida on Cox and having this same issue. I think I’m just going to get a PS4 and try that.

    I have a friend that had Cox and he had the same issue. Unfortunately he didn't find a solution through customer service with Cox. He ended up changing providers.
