Slow Upload speeds

Has anyone noticed slow upload speeds with their xbox while doing the network test? I ran it and got 206 mbps down and 0.88 mbps up with a 83 ms latency. I know this does the test with servers in Seattle but the upload? Ran the tests a couple more times
and my upload wouldn't break 1 mbps. So I was shocked by this and decided to test this on my laptop using the same ethernet port. 300 mpbs down, 500 mbps up, 100 ms latency. So it appears that only the upload is messed up. Through a search I saw 1 or 2 threads
mentioning this issue but no answers were ever provided.

It appears to be an issue across multiple xboxes. Has Microsoft acknowledged this issue? Is it an issue with the upload test or is there a deeper issue that's preventing me from getting higher than 1 mbps upload while playing games?

Let's have you try running through the steps in our
slow network performance guide to see if they can be of help.

In addition to that, let's see if we can eliminate any packet loss you're experiencing by following the suggestions on

this page under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not high, any packet can contribute to issues over Xbox Live.

Slow Upload Speeds

I have been an active streamer on twitch via the xbox app and have had great stream qaulity until the past month or so. My xbox one is hard wired, ports are forwarded, my nat type is open, packet loss is barely 1%. My download speeds on my computer are 175mbps
and my upload speeds are 10mbps. For some reason, ONLY on my console are my upload speeds barely 1.5mbps, download speeds are fine. I have contacted my Isp and they have had a technician look at my connection, provided a new router, and reset my data stream
to troubleshoot the problem. Nothing has changed toward the benefit of my xbox achieving or getting a decent upload speed. Again, this recently started happening and im positive this is a problem that xbox needs to address. I have heard other people having
the same issue and I just want some assistance in resolving it. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

 

I'd like to know an answer to this question also. Same thing is happening to me.

I have Comcast Extreme 105 down/25 up speed. Getting full 105+ download speed on the Xbox and my PC but only about 3 Mbps upload on the Xbox even though PC speedtest is showing the full 25.

When I try to Twitch stream, it can barely handle broadcasting in SD, even though I clearly have the speed to be able to do full 1080p HD if the Xbox One would allow my full upload speed to work.
