Slow upload speeds with Xbox one s, and one x since October 12, 2018

Why is this still not fixed after 6 months?! I pay for 300mb/s download and 30mb/s of upload. I had always tested for and got the speeds i paid for on my xbox consoles until october 2018. Now i get 300 down and 1-2 mb/s up. I found microsoft sent out an
update on october 12, 2018. My reports of this issue began october 13, 2018 to cox who is my internet service provider. Cox said its on microsoft, microsoft says its on cox. I have bought and tried 5 new modem/ routers, had new wiring installed in my home,
checked firmware update, set port forwarding, i even turned of my firewall off to run tests. I still get 300 mb/s download and 1-2 mb/s of upload. I have spent hours and hours with both microsoft and cox since i was told it is on cox end. However, im beginning
to see this same issue with customers using different providers than i. All of my other devices get the speeds i pay for. My xbox one s, and one x does not. And before someone replies that for proper gaming performance i only need 1-3 mbs upload, i already
know that, yet i can tell a major difference from the 30mbs upload i was getting and my gaming experience has been negatively effected. This has went on for 6 months with many having the exact same issue as mine. Microsoft, im asking you to please fix this.

This is easy to test:

If the routers and PCs also get a 1-2mb/s upload, it is on your service provider, because Xbox and Microsoft does not have any influence on the Internet connection.

If this problem only occurs on the console, it is on Xbox and the support has to repair you console. You can issue a repair through support.xbox.com

Yes as stated above in my original discussion post, i have port forwarded, and i even turned off my firewall to run tests. And no im not confusing mega bits and mega bytes b/c of some misplaced or lack of caps. Its actually Mb/s btw.... If someone will
just check, this issue is all over the place now. This isnt one random event

Are you positive you're not confusing megabits and mega bytes? Your internet provider is likely selling you 300 mb/s which is mega bits the Xbox is giving you the non marketing number of 30 mB/s which is megabytes... That b or B make a big difference.
The numbers mean the same but are thousands off in the same way that 5280 feet sounds huge but it's still really only 1 mile. Obviously also ensure all your router ports necessary for communication with Xbox Live are open on your router and that other devices
on your network aren't hogging all your bandwidth.

Are these speeds through the console itself? Have you tried to open ports for your console ( I ask this as I had this problem until I opened the ports needed after my ISP had updated the Broadband )

Run a speed test on your PC if you can and then on your console. If the speeds are slower on Console head over to Portforward on help on how to do this. Hope this helps.

Thats what i thought too. But after hours and months of conversations with xbox on the phone and my isp, nothing has changed. They keep blaming each other and sending me back and forth. The upload issue is specific to the xbox’s for myself and 30 of my
friends in NW arkansas. This issue isnt specific to my xbox one s and one x, but to many different customers.
