    Please Check your Internet Connectivity, make sure that no games or apps are active, While games or apps are active this may slow down the Download speed, also check for Updates that may be needed on your console. if you have any other questions or Concerns

    If your internet is slow, and you know it is, there is not much you can do. Occasionally, try rebooting your router and restarting your Xbox. Other than that, your internet provider might need changed if you believe your internet is 'too slow'.
