Assuming heaps of other people have this issue outside of the US.

First of the User Interface is terrible. I dont care about keeping a brand across your other window devices. Tiles don't work on Xbox. The Xbox 360 was literally 20x quicker for me, both in load times and me navigating around.

If i go to invite a friend into the party in between matches of COD. I get kicked for lack of inactivity because it takes about 90 seconds to add a friend to the party!!! On the 360 this took, 3, or 4 seconds?

This is an absolute joke. Fix these issues, apart from the games...this console has gone backwards! the 360 has better software. Revert back to the hovering interface so you could still know whats going on in your game and use it for quick tasks.

    :)

Hey Gore Legacy, I too believe my 360 has more fluid navigation with the controller. Have you tried a Power Cycle followed by a hard reboot? If you do not know how to properly do these I can type up an answer. This usually speeds up the UI as well as
    accessing apps.

If you do not know how... Hold the Power Indicator light for 10 seconds (the Xbox will shut off after 5 seconds, but continue to hold it for the remaining 5 seconds) wait 1 minute. And then unplug the power supply from the wall, wait 1 minute, and then
plug back in the power supply. Wait an additional 1 minute. Then power back on the Xbox One using the Xbox Jewel on the controller or the power indicator light on the XB1 console.

This should rid the bugs and make the UI easier to navigate, and party functions.

As far as the Mini-Guide, that will more than likely never return. Navigating with the Kinect 2.0 is far faster to access features then pulling up a Mini-Guide

My xbox one UI is absolutely ridiculous if I open up any app or open a profile or even a simple message it takes. More than 1 minute and sometimes it even crashes. Also when I click on the notifications tab it freezes my xbox and this last up to 3-5 minutes
long I can no longer have patience with this so called "NextGen console" I'm sorry but I'm about to buy a PS4 if Microsoft doesn't do something about this
