Slow to login to the xbox one ever since new update

the old UI used to logon really fast... but this one for me is kind of slow. After boot up on the xbox one it takes at least 90 seconds or more to logon when I see the \circle spinning. and this didn't happen before the update. after the system is logged
in its fine and fast and responsive... but until time its annoying. Is there anything I can check? there is noting wrong with my ISP as I have 300/20 connection and I have a Surface Pro 4 on the same wireless that gets that data rate.

HDMI passthrough issue?

get an hdmi splitter and run a cable to the amp and one to the xbox, although ever since the new update my tv is slow and choppy, worked great before this windows 10 crap tho

 

Slow UI and Random Shut Downs

So, ever since i got the new update as part of the preview program the new UI has been incredibly slow compared to the old one and my xbox will consistently just shut down, usually when ive selected an app or game to run. Is there any way to fix this. Not
gonna lie, this is the first time ive been kind of disappointed with the performance of my xbox since back when it had issues at launch.

Im having the same issue ever since the new update its taking me forever to log in and even when it does the moment i try and open the menu it freezes up and doesnt let me close it or do anything like snap an app or start a party. Methods i have tried is
restarting my xbox one and resetting my router.

 

I think the problems is that the logon circle stays up to long when your actually logged in.... for example I hear the sound that I am logged in, and I can use voice commands to launch apps.... but the logon circle stays there spinning for a long time....
so this is a coding issue when the OS doesn't realize its already logged in and needs to drop the starting window.

 

It keeps asking me to sign in and I do and then it asks me again. What's going on?

 

If you haven't already, power cycle your Xbox One and delete the account that you have configured to be signed in automatically when you power on your console.

1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of your console for 10 seconds until your console is completely shutdown.
   
2. Unplug your console's power cable and wait 10 seconds.

Reconnect the power cable and turn on your console.

Delete your account/profile and redownload your account/profile from Live and have us know how that goes and we'll go from there.
