Slow Startup after Update

When I first got my Xbox One, it would turn on and log into my account rater quickly. But after the most recent update where it changed the layout of the homescreen, ect..., it takes at least a while to long in. When I turn my system on now I get the black
screen with the green circle for a long time before it finally gets to my homescreen. Is this an issue that others are having as well. Is there any new settings i can change to make it faster? I already have it set for "instant-on."

Slow startup?

So I fixed my issue seems to be caused by files being corrupted, i first deleted the cache, formated xbox, then redownloaded account, and it has fixed the issue! If you try this recommend at least saving game saves to flash drive.

A hard reset should fix this.

To perform a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds, unplug everything for 10 seconds, and plug everything back in, and restart the console.

I tried this and it did not help. It takes almost 3 minutes once I turn on my system before it gets to the home screen. Anyone else have any ideas what may be causing this issue or how to fix it?

It is installed on the HDD.

I am debating if it's the HDD read speed or if an update complicated something along the line. That last update made it very slow to startup when the 360 is first turned on, even with the smaller 20GB HDD.
