Slow speeds when internet is fine?

relocating the console, assuming you are using Wifi would be the best option. Even though the phone may result in different values, each device may have different causes on why values are different.

For example, try not to have any (metal) objects close to the console.

It happens to me when family use the internet too much. When its time to play game everything is slow to a crawl. Even download of any game it super slow.

Sometime this happens when their is too many people on the internet so the ISPS balance all the internet to someone else. We gamers need more internet speed.

What I do is Reboot the modem, router, any hubs

do a speed test not on the Xbox One but on a computer.. Please remember your internet speed you should be having. By rebooting your router it should bring back your internet speed. If your internet speed is still slow or low. Then its best to call your ISPS
to fix the connection or maybe thier are slow and is trying to fix the error internet speed. Then you have to wait til your ISPS fix the internet speed on thier end.

Mine will connect, but my internet speed is really slow on my Xbox. Can't even watch a netflix movie. Though on every other wireless device, my internet is fine.

Sir I have internet connection speed of 300mbps and when I checked my internet speed it is 300mbps and i have totall 4 connection also when I use same internet for my ps4 it download fine there is no issue with internet speed I checked on social media in this week thousands of people are giving this same complaint on youtube comment section sir when we start download it start downloading but after few minutes it's speed slow down and then it stop downloading after few more minutes it's start downloading but with very slow speed than it stop again I was not facing this issue few month ago I am running my business I am running my gaming zone in India I have set 4 series s their and every xbox facing same problem

You need to completely shut down the Xbox (found in the settings)

With regards to your internet router, it depending what type it is. Just removing the power supply usually does the trick. Just don't to this with the Xbox, as it needs to be shutdown properly and could cause damage to the hard drive.
