    Slow speed only on xbox diagnostics


    I ran the advanced diagnostics and download speed was 39 and upload 25. that was wired. I tested on main computer and download speed was at 90 both wired. Why such a difference? anyone else notice that? Tested it on xbox and wired computer and a big difference.

    Slow download speed only on Xbox 360

    I have up to 100 mbps internet through my ISP. I've done speed test while connected to the network Wi-Fi on my android. got 60 to 75 mbps download speed. Every single time i do a speed test on my Xbox 360 slim.... only get 6 to 13 mbps download speed.
    Whether it's connected through Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Actually wired connection gives me around 7mbps and the wireless connection gives me around 12 mbps. Doesn't make sense to me. Why is my digital content downloading so slow?

    The Xbox One fails at multitasking.

    My internet speed is perfectly fine, I'll post a diagnostics test results here in a bit, the new OS just feels super sticky and slow for me, accessing that side bar is horrifyingly laggy and slow and often I give up halfway trying to check my messages.

    I agree this new OS is faster than the old one, but anything was faster than that doggie barf bag.

    Actually, I have high speed internet. The XB1 network diagnostic says that my download speed is between 7mb/sec and 17mb/sec. I'm worried that my XB1's wifi might be broken. But an Xbox Ambassador (not an actual MS employee) said that the servers are being
    hammered right now. So that might be the reason for the abnormally slow download.

    I just want to see if I'm the only one having this issue. If I am, I may have a busted box.

    Have you heard of anyone else have slow download speeds?

    Xbox one X game download speeds

    If your download speeds are always low and other devices you use are slow too then you might want to contact your internet provider. If it is only the xbox, it may be because there is a larger amount of users logging on due to recent events in the world.
    I remember when I would download at night my speeds would drop a little bit. Now sometimes I can download at a couple hundred kbps. Only the xbox's download speed would be slow and only at night.

    Xbox one is horrible

    I always get a much greater download speed on my Xbox One than I do on my PS4 or my Switch. Only my PC gets better download speeds out of all of the formats that I use. Sorry to hear that you're having issues though, if you've only got slow speeds on your
    Xbox and not on other devices then you may have some network connectivity issues.
