slow releases...why do all the spped timed puzzels hang during release of pieces...

Not all games are released digitally to the 360 on the release date. Sometimes there is a wait for the digital release during which time the developer wants to count up disc sales.

In essence, the offer is being treated as if pre-ordering during the time period is the important step, when all games included are scheduled to be released during that period, implying that the reward is for pre-ordering games released during those dates,
not for performing the act of preorder at that time

At the very least, please take this as honest feedback and a recommendation against doing such a promotion in future if this is how it will be handled.

all the dlc was available on release at a discount with ELITE

then they were half price during the life of the game

if you are slow to get on the bus then TOUGH

I never got any of my pre-order content for Halo 4. During the midnight release of BO2, I'm going to walk in there & give them a piece of my mind...

So latest update!! I managed to get hold of xbox support and they had confirmed to me that it is a know issue and are working on it..I has asked if and when a time frame for the patch release and had no answer. I had then asked why there is no admin on the forums to let the community know there is a problem and had no answer.. I could sit here and have a **** session about it but in all honesty we are the minority and the only thing i want to do is tell the community out there to hang tight and wait for this patch to come out. Thank you again to the community for all your support during this microsoft bamboozle
