    Ever since the last update I've noticed my system not responding fast at all to button presses. It used to respond super fast, seemed instant almost. Like it should be.

    Cheers. I assume that's a proper restart whereas the usual "Console Off" (which I had done several times after the problem) is actually just a hibernation?

    Cheers. That seems to have worked. I assume that restart is a proper one whereas the usual "Console Off" is a sleep rather than a proper off/on.

    Try restarting the console by pressing left to bring up the side panel. move over the settings icon then select restart.

    The performance is equal with a decent stick, USB hdd is another matter all together. Your xb will give you a message if your device doesn't meet xb suggested standards. I play allot of games off usb with no problems though slow on hdd. I've been told you
    can't install BF3 on external, not sure about this
