    It's probably why downloading stuff on your PC can be faster than YOU/YOUR ISP and MICROSOFT'S XBOX LIVE SERVERS can do on your console.

    Xbox 1 has over 300,000 Xbox Live servers worldwide. That's still a giant leap from Xbox 360 which only has a mere 15,000 Xbox Live servers worldwide. Minecraft Xbox 360 is laggy for everyone! When Australians/NZ people play with UK/US and vise versa, one
    group will have poor connection. No matter how good your ISP is. Xbox 360 only has/utilizes 15,000 servers worldwide, and that contributes to the bottleneck. Since Xbox 360 has still more active members on it than what Xbox 1 currently has. When I jump on
    Minecraft Xbox 1 however, my multiplayer gameplay is butter smooth, chunks load far more quickly even when the host is rocking off ADSL broadband who lives on the other side of the world. A far cry from the connection state everyone has with Minecraft Xbox
    360 multiplayer. Once it took 2 hours just to download a 2GB DLC for TDU2 on Xbox 360. And I have Vodafone NZ 100mb/s download and 10mb/s upload speed.

    Millions have played on Xbox 360 with just 15,000 servers worldwide. Thank goodness Microsoft implemented 300,000+ servers for Xbox 1. Tonight me and my friends on Xbox 360 Minecraft it's NZ 10:32 pm right now. 30 minutes ago Microsoft released an Update
    for Minecraft and was playing with some NZ/Australian friends. One of my friends raged and even threw a pillow at her Xbox 360 console. I have mentioned this to my friends why the heck Microsoft Headquarters releases Updates at like 2am THERE TIME when it's
    like 6-9pm Australian/NZ time period. They have done this several times for Minecraft, since last year. And then of course since Microsoft only portions 15,000 servers worldwide for Xbox 360, the 570mb update takes 7 minutes to download and complete.

    And I live in a big urban city in NZ not some small town. I know Microsoft has already built 2 data centers which has servers in Australia to help Australian's and New Zealander's, both English, developed, common wealth countries, connect to Microsoft services.
    Regarding the Xbox 360 Minecraft update (570mb), guess what... it introduced no new features. Me and my friends concluded it must have been bug fixes. When Minecraft Xbox 360 Creative Mode came out, that update was only 3MB big!

    On a side note...girlfriend has yet to upgrade her internet. She calls, gets put on hold, then states, "She'll call later.". Ugg! Lol.

    SSB, I can only get ADSL in my area right now, and according to AT&T, that's not likely to change until 2018 at the earliest and 2020 at the latest... :'(

    Geek, I've seen your terrible Internet first hand in Forza. You used to bounce all around and only you Joining would give the warning for bad connection.

    Well..... up here in Canada all the igloos can cause some slower speeds.... but just done a speed test on my phone:

    I'm in Australia and have the forced NBN which is complete s%^t in comparison to what I used to have. Like I mean the slowest internet on the highest price, soon the entire country will be in this situation. Real download speed is about 4mb per second, real
    upload speed is about 1mb per second. My vodaphone network data is actually faster.

    but the thing with the downloads on xbox live is the game comes down unpacked, the more files there are the slower the transfer speed and games can contain thousands of small files which will go to crawl speeds, if it was one large file then the download
    speed would stabalise at a faster rate, they should just download a zipped up package then unpack locally which would reduce download times and reduce data usage.

    2k16 is fun to me, I decided to sell my physical version of the game and picked up the digital version.

    As for my internet it downloads games and updates pretty fast.

    And also...MB is 'megabyte' where as Mb is 'megabit'. There is a huge difference. I have 12Mbps.. 12 mega bits per second down. It would take (and it did) 22 hrs to download Halo 5 five.
