Slow Downloads?

Discus and support Slow Downloads? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Happy New Year to you all. I hope 2016 will be a great year for all of you.     Slow Downloads?


    Happy New Year to you all. I hope 2016 will be a great year for all of you.

    So I am downloading Just Cause 3 right now started about 25 minutes ago and it's only at 11%. Is this because of the New Dashboard?

    BTW I have 60Mbps Internet.. my Internet is running perfectly.

    My Dashboard Is Slow

    After the introduction of Kinect, I noticed how slow my dashboard is.
    It seems to have been solved after the most recent Fall update but it was just for a while and it was slow again.
    It takes more than 2 minutes for everything to be smooth again and going back to my dashboard has the same effect after playing some game.

    Anyone of you guys also experience this?

    Slow Downloads?

    How large is the game? That along with the download speed will determine the time required to download the game. However, you will probably not achieve the full 60Mbps download speed.

    You can speed the download up some by running wired instead of wireless and by not using your console while the download is running.

    Have a go at pausing the download and re-starting, don't worry it will keep you're progress, it worked for me on a really slow download...

    all download speeds are restricted from the servers, always have been.

    I'll just have to wait it out.. oh well.

    I've tried pretty much everything to no success..

    1. Tired pausing and resuming the download.

    2. Paused the download. Turned off the XBOX.. turned it back on. resumed the download.

    3. Paused the download. Turned off the XBOX. Unplugged it for 30 seconds. Plugged it back in. Turned back on the XBOX. Resumed the download. Speeds still slow.

    Them's the breaks.

    Slow Downloads?

    If its a disc go offline and it will install quicker

    @Mr Boozyhead - Nope it's digital. Fortunately I can pass the time quickly by playing some Mario Maker.

    It was a very slow download for me in the US too. Maybe because of the size and how many people are downloading it at one time.
