    Slow downloading


    Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone might be able to help me with a problem. I'm downloading Battlefield 1, but it's downloading extremely slowly. It says it's downloading with 38 mb/s, but it doesn't even come close to that. This is also not an isolated
    incident. My Xbox does this with all games.

    DOWNLOADING SLOW

    You are downloading slow probably because your internet speed is slow. Are you sure nothing else in your network is using the internet strongly and sucking up your bandwidth?

    Downloading so SLOW!

    Do you have a Turtle Beach wireless headset? I've seen those cause slow downloads, if you have one unplug it completely, especially the power to the base station.

    Slow downloading

    Please make sure your Xbox One console is connected using an Ethernet cable, not wireless. If it is already connected using Ethernet try changing the DNS used by the console (Settings > Network > Network Settings > Advanced > DNS > Manually).

    Try 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 then restart the console. If this doesn't make it better please try 4.2.2.3, 4.2.2.4.

    It was a very slow download for me in the US too. Maybe because of the size and how many people are downloading it at one time.
