    Slow downloading Microsoft Jigsaw


    I am so tired of waiting MINUTES for this to download. I am ready to quit.! PLEASE do something for fix this game. In addition to the downloading problem once it does download, the game freezes when an animated ad comes up. Do something to prevent this
    interference, PLEASE!

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Tried this. Didn't work. Any other suggestions for the same problem? Microsoft Jigsaw was already turned on in my apps. I turned it off, then back on & still didn't help.

    I'm having a similar problem but I can't download anything. I left my PC on for 3 days and the progress bar hasn't moved.

    I've searched for a solution but it must be on the server end. I'll keep trying but something tells me it could be a very long time if even at all.
