Slow Download Time

Has anyone else experienced really slow download times on game updates? I started downloading a 450mb Forza 5 update 3 days ago shortly after updating the Xbox One console for the March Update and I am still downloading it now.

Its currently at 44% and is blocking me from the playing it at all as none of the maps or leagues have been installed yet. Why is it taking this long? Ive installed the Need for Speed Rivals game plus updates since, that was about 20gb total while this is
450mb, its acting as though im trying to download like 100gb.

Download speeds can be affected by multiple devices connected on your network. If you plan to download a large game or file, try to make sure all other devices are using minimal resources. For example, no Netflix/Pandora on those other devices or anything
that will use heavy resources.

I bought the forza 5 bundle yesterday at Gamestop. After 24 hours still can't download the game. Online with xbox support today for 3 hours they have no clue what to do. I hate to lose my gamer score but I'm canceling xbox live, taking thus piece of crap
back, and buying a PS4.
