    Slow download speed


    I have 2GB internet speed and my xbox one s is downloading games at 5mb i have tried everything factory reset using wifi, ethernet. I have restarted my router when i press on Test Connection it says : download speed 300mb. I have tried every tip on this forum and NOTHING works. What could be happening?
