Slow download speed

hi I recently bought an Xbox but it will only download at max 15 mb/s but everything else runs at 75 mb/s , I can move the new Xbox to any other part of the network either wired or wifi but it makes no difference, what is wrong with it ?

My download speed on XBL is really slow causing lag and well slow download speed. It's fine on PC. It's been like this for days.

And sometimes I can't even sign in from slow connection speed. (It's Ethernet connection)

I checked this last night and it was 54 for download and 5 for upload.

I have the same problem. I bought the Xbox One S console two days ago. The speed of my connection is 100mbps and the tests I perform, both from the console and from the PC, show sustained speeds of 85-90Mbps.

However, the games are downloaded at a speed between 12 and 15Mbps.

The console is connected directly to the router with an Ethernet CAT6 cable and the port synchronizes correctly to 1000Mbps duplex full.

I have already tried everything indicated in the guide: restart the console, restart the router, do not open any application or game while downloading, have nothing more connected to the network...

I don't know where the problem might be.
