Slow download speed please help

Discus and support Slow download speed please help in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i have 50mbps internet on phone if I do Speedtest I'm getting 45mbps. on xbox when I do test network connection in settings it is 15-20 EVERY TIME....     Slow download speed please help


    i have 50mbps internet on phone if I do Speedtest I'm getting 45mbps. on xbox when I do test network connection in settings it is 15-20 EVERY TIME. I've even gone to the Speedtest website on xbox using the browser and done a test and got 54mbps what is going
    on??

    Speeds can vary based on internet hardware, connections and other factors. We do have a guide that can help with slow speed troubleshooting though. Please take a look and see if it helps out.

    As mentioned above, Try a wired connection to help with the download speeds, If that does not help and you are still experiencing slow download speeds your Internet Service Provider could be throttling your speeds for high bandwidth downloads
