    Slow download speed on Xbox One


    I am trying to update a game, but it says 10 mbps and often goes down to 1 mbps. I did an internet speed test on all my devices, which are all wireless and further away from my router than my Xbox, and got 60 mpbs download and 3 mbps upload. On my Xbox I did the internet speed test and got 10 mbps download and 1 mbps upload. I have tried resetting my router and factory resetting my Xbox. What should I do?
